SHIPPING POLICY

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and shipped typically withing 24-48 hours of your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled within that time frame we will notify you.

We ship products via UPS, Fedex and USPS anywhere in the United States.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, so please contact us if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met RSMarine.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  • items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase
  • items and packaging must be received in new / undamaged condition
  • return package must include all original items, manuals, etc.
  • return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
