Every Boat Loop® is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it doesn’t make your docking calmer within 30 days, send it back for your money.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Start your return within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused and scratch-free, and returned in its original packaging.
- Include the original items, manuals, and documentation.
- Include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt.
There is no restocking fee. For a change-of-mind return, or an exchange for a different size, return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is not refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we can’t refund items that don’t reach us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you to confirm the refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Shopify and PayPal, our checkout and payment providers), excluding original shipping charges. If a refund seems delayed, check with your bank or card issuer first, since posting times vary, then contact us and we’ll chase it down.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, contact us within 2 business days of receiving the package so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right. Defective or damaged items are replaced; see our Warranty for coverage after that.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled any time before they ship. Orders typically ship quickly through our fulfillment system, so contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it under the policy above. We ship US and international orders; international customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes, which are not refundable.
