Orders, acceptance, and pricing
All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, where a product or price was listed in error, stock is unavailable, or we suspect fraud — and will refund any amount already charged. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Checkout is hosted by Shopify, and payment is processed by PayPal (including Venmo). This Site never sees or stores your card or payment credentials.
Shipping
We ship within the United States and internationally; fulfillment is handled through ShippingEasy and established carriers. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier; please report damaged or missing items promptly so we can make it right.
Returns and refunds
The Boat Loop® is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it doesn’t make your docking calmer within 30 days, send it back for your money.
Return windows, condition requirements, and refund handling are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Contact us before shipping anything back; refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
Warranty and product safety
Every Boat Loop® is covered by a 1-year repair-or-replace warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, or use beyond the product’s rated limits — full coverage terms and exclusions are set out in our Warranty, which is incorporated into these Terms.
Safe working load: The Boat Loop® is rated for a 100 lb pull and a 75 lb push. The pole and loop must be used within these limits. Do not use The Boat Loop® to tow, lift people, or arrest the momentum of a vessel beyond its rated load, and inspect the pole, loop, and hooks before each use. The Boat Loop® is a docking aid — it is not a substitute for proper seamanship, safe boat handling, or required safety equipment.
Intellectual property
The Boat Loop® is a registered trademark of RS Marine, LLC. The Site and its content, features, and functionality are owned by RS Marine, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
Except for the express warranty above, the Site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RS Marine, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Governing law
