What's covered
All RS Marine products — including The Boat Loop®, Quik Fender, and Fender Lines — are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
If a component malfunctions during normal use within the warranty period, RS Marine, LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace it at no charge for parts or labor. The customer is responsible for transportation costs.
What's not covered
- Cosmetic damage such as scratches, nicks, and dents.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, or misuse — including permanent mooring or towing.
- Damage from use beyond the rated safe working load (see below).
- Damage from service performed by anyone not authorized by RS Marine to service The Boat Loop®.
- Products that have been modified or altered without written permission from RS Marine, LLC.
Safe working load
The Boat Loop® is rated for a 100 lb pull and a 75 lb push. Use the pole and loop within these limits, and inspect the pole, loop, and hooks before each use. Damage caused by exceeding the rated working load is not covered by this warranty. The Boat Loop® is a docking aid, not mooring, towing, or lifting equipment.
